Is it just me or are the ubiquitous "Terms & Conditions", which perforce are applied to all advertisements these days, now so long-winded and read out at such a speed as to render them practically indecipherable? Maybe I am just getting old but after the initial "Terms and conditions apply" the rest of it might as well be utter gibberish as far as I'm concerned. Do the young people of today process information at such a speed that it sounds completely normal to them, I wonder?
