www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-67589075 I see that the King has reignited the row about the Elgin Marbles and the PM's recent snub to his Greek counterpart by "inadvertently" wearing a tie covered with little Greek flags while attending the COP28 climate summit. Putting aside the dubiousness of any tie with flags on it, and the Palace's claim that it was mere coincidence, do we think His Majesty is once again ahead of the curve in pioneering "tie semaphore" and the ability to subversively project one's opinions in the form of one's choice of neckwear?

I think it was quite clear what he was suggesting. Personally, I don't understand the fuss. Let Greece have them, after all marbles are no longer as popular as they were when I was a kid.
