A quite understandable question for the uninitiated, which I shall attempt forthwith to answer. Agit-Fop, also known as Anarcho-Dandyism, is essentially the use of ancient rituals of courtesy and etiquette as forms of revolutionary acts - a way to strike back against the dullness, conformity and vulgarity that seems to be all-pervading in this modern world. These acts can be small or large, from wearing a bowtie to your local branch of Asda right up to scaling a particularly anodyne piece of artwork at the Tate Modern. Whatever you feel comfortable doing in this vein will likely strike a blow for civility and good manners, which can only be a benefit to society - and with luck go some way to returning it to more elegant and courteous times. Further examples can be found in the threads The Original Chap Manifesto and Articles on the theme of Chappism (now moved here) and hopefully in the occurrences that you, dear chumrades, will entertain us with in this room.
